With an enviable portfolio of projects across the commercial, residential and healthcare sectors, this is an opportunity to join a business delivering schemes that genuinely shape communities and improve the built environment.
Working closely with a diverse range of public and private sector clients, you'll take ownership of projects from initial feasibility through to completion, managing multidisciplinary teams, driving successful outcomes, and building trusted client relationships along the way.

You'll be entrusted with significant responsibility, working alongside experienced Directors and senior consultants whilst managing your own projects and developing your long-term career within the business.

- Act as a key advisor to clients, providing strategic project and construction management support.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement strategies and delivery plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor activities.
- Drive project performance across cost, quality, risk and programme objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
- Chair meetings and provide clear project reporting throughout all project stages.
- Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and change control processes.
- Support procurement exercises, contractor appointments and contract administration activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
