Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and deliver critical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closing of assigned infrastructure projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial expenditures are within allocated limits and reporting on financial performance.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.
- Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes.
