Operations Fulfilment / Product Project Manager
Part time | Fully remote | Interim
Curated Partners is working with an international manufacturing business on a major operational change programme. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to bring structure, pace and control to their Operational Fulfilment workstream, taking it from high-level intent through to clearly governed delivery.
This role sits where operations strategy, process, product and delivery meet. You'll turn customer and business needs into clearly defined scope, plans and deliverables, and make sure things get delivered at pace with measurable outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Turning the Operational Fulfilment strategy into a clear delivery plan – milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies and governance checkpoints, right through to handover into BAU
- Managing delivery across several fulfilment routes, including express, direct-to-customer and cross-dock, with clear scope and success criteria
- Driving clarity on what's being delivered, for which customers, and what success looks like
- Making sure customer insight, data and feedback shape project design and decisions
- Supporting the development of differentiated customer propositions, consistent across channels and regions
- Acting as the single point of accountability for delivery, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across regions and functions
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and workstream leads, with clear updates, risks and decision points
- Running workshops and governance forums to drive alignment and resolve issues
- Managing dependencies with enabling workstreams such as digital, data and people & change
- Applying PMO standards for consistent governance, planning and reporting
- Spotting operational risks early and recommending mitigations
- Supporting a smooth transition into BAU, with clear ownership and success measures

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
