Role Description
The Project Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Wilmslow, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the specialist coordinates and manages market research projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met from initiation through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients to clarify project objectives
- Briefing and supporting internal teams
- Monitoring fieldwork progress
- Assisting with recruitment planning
- Overseeing data collection
- Resolving issues to maintain smooth project delivery
- Preparing status reports
- Documenting project outcomes
- Contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision making.
- Effective Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Sound Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines and resources.
- Basic Sales skills to support proposal development, contribute to client pitches, and help identify new project opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
- Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or market research environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration software; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as business, healthcare, marketing, or social sciences is preferred.
