Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Builds rapport and strong relationships, with a clear focus on meeting customer expectations and needs.
- Acts as a key contact for Property Management with Clients to deliver project scope and against contractual requirements.
- Supports the wider leadership team to design and shape the Property Management agenda. Including identification of people resource requirements, training and skills development.
- Ensure strong linkages with the wider Change Programme, supporting the delivery of the Global Strategy.
- Role model and drive engagement strategies across the REMS business, coach and mentor individuals and teams to maximise team performance.
- Champion Transformation Projects and increase project management capability across Property Management.
- Required to work across the business and with 3rd parties (clients, occupiers, and suppliers)
- Support any wider governance reporting as required.
- Deputise for the Senior Project Manager as required.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables with the Project Sponsor as part of the project initiation process.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track and report on progress against plan of projects, escalating issues for resolution where applicable. Identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Engage with the Change Manager, supporting change management, adoption and process improvement.
- Perform stakeholder analysis and create a stakeholder engagement plan.
- Work with the Project Sponsor and Steering Group to address the impact of any change to teams within the organisation.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Conduct project post implementation reviews of projects and document lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.

Key Capabilities Required:
- A minimum of 3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
- Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 is required
- Project management skills including planning, risk management and benefits tracking.
- Experience in using project and programme management tools and techniques.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience managing clients and key customers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Adept at understanding business requirements quickly and easily.
- Experience in the property sector an advantage, but not essential.
