Project Manager - Lead-to-Cash Transformation

Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading b2b SaaS organisation to recruit a Project Manager on an initial 6-12 month contract basis. Remote working - UK based

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a large-scale, global Lead-to-Cash transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a significant, business-critical programme spanning NetSuite and Salesforce and covering the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

You will be joining an established project and will need to quickly understand the current landscape, assess progress, identify gaps and delivery risks, and bring the structure and leadership required to drive the programme successfully through its remaining phases.

We are therefore looking for someone who has previously delivered end-to-end Lead-to-Cash programmes at enterprise scale and is comfortable stepping into a complex, in-flight transformation.

Role

The Project Manager will take ownership of the delivery of a large-scale, global Lead-to-Cash transformation programme.

  • Manage the programme across the full Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, from lead and opportunity management through contracting, order management, billing and cash collection.
  • Coordinate delivery and dependencies across Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Rapidly assess the current state of the programme, identifying delivery gaps, risks, dependencies and areas requiring remediation.
  • Establish and maintain clear programme governance, plans, milestones and accountability across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage complex dependencies across commercial, sales, finance, technology and operational teams.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting on programme status, risks, issues and key decisions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact successful delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams, third parties and implementation partners where required.
  • Drive the programme through its remaining phases while maintaining momentum and ensuring successful business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
