Senior Project Manager – Broadcasting experience is a must

Hybrid (London) - £600 Inside IR35

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to join a technology delivery team responsible for the platforms that get content in front of customers - from infrastructure and software builds to the systems that keep everything running smoothly. It's a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where reliability and timing really matter.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of complex, multi-workstream technical projects spanning software and infrastructure.
  • Work with cross-functional virtual teams of engineers, developers, and other project resources to get things delivered.
  • Build and present business cases.
  • Write project reporting.
  • Hold full accountability for project budgets - tracking spend and keeping delivery on plan.
  • Be the person stakeholders and suppliers trust to keep things moving.
  • Support less experienced project managers as they grow in their own roles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
