The company is known for its commitment to excellence, delivering high-quality new homes with a strong reputation for design and attention to detail.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role. They will measure live site progress against programme, identifying any deviations early and proposing solutions to ensure deadline delivery. Time will be split evenly across all sites, focusing on urgent needs whilst also stepping in as emergency site cover when required. Although direct management of the site team does not fall under the project manager's remit, they will design and manage onboarding training for new site employees and identify any potential training gaps for the existing team. The Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, support customer care standards, and ensure projects reflect Pennyfarthing Homes’ commitment to excellence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
