About the Role

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is a consumer experience agency creating engaging moments across the entire brand spectrum, from brand design and packaging to content and consumer connections. With 1,900+ team members across 25+ studios and 20+ countries, we partner with some of the world's most recognised brands to solve complex business challenges through design, strategy and craft.

We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Brand & Packaging team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of well-loved food and snacking brands, delivering projects that span branding & packaging, eCommerce and lifestyle photography. The work is highly visual, consumer-focused and centred around helping brands connect with shoppers both on shelf and online.

As Project Manager, you'll sit at the heart of the team, bringing together Client Service, Creative, Operations and Production to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the pace and energy of agency life. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, problem solving and keeping projects moving. You'll build strong relationships with your team, working within a friendly, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
