Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dublin / Leeds / Porto
Contract type: Permanent
Role Purpose
The Project Manager will support the Head of Cyber Operations & Delivery in portfolio management, project management, and business operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of Flutter's global cybersecurity initiatives and projects.
A successful candidate will be a top-tier project manager with a keen ability to anticipate and tackle strategic problems impacting the efficiency of the team. Success in this position will require collaborating with a diverse group of security and technology professionals and a desire to learn about their mission areas.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Project Design & Delivery
- Contribute to efforts within Cyber Operations & Delivery to apply standardized and repeatable project management methodologies, reporting structures, and partner engagement models, ensuring consistent and quality delivery.
- Lead project design efforts, translating multiple collaborator requirements, objectives, and constraints into clear project plans with tangible achievements and target outcomes.
- Responsible for the delivery of key cybersecurity projects including the management of multiple workstreams and collaborating with a diverse group of global collaborators.
- Establish project plans and manage schedules, issues, risks, dependencies, and overall status, including benefit tracking.
- Support other special projects as assigned.
Partner Management & Engagement
- Proactively keep all team members informed on progress, pre-empting delivery challenges and constraints and associated mitigations.
- Foster effective collaboration through clear definition and management of project objectives and goals.
- Establish strong working relationships across the Global Cyber team to facilitate the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Business Operations
- Collaborate with Cyber Operations & Delivery colleagues to:
- Ensure the delivery of cyber priorities is appropriately incorporated in business reviews, offsites, and other strategic forums.
- Support the creation, tracking, and reporting of Objectives and Key Results.
- Contribute to business planning efforts, working with partners to translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable outcomes.
Skills & Capabilities
- Comfortable working with a diverse group of collaborators and ability to adapt to different styles of communication.
- Excellent time management and planning skills to minimize last-minute data calls or taskings.
- Knowledge of Confluence and/or Jira a plus.
- Comfortable soliciting feedback and evolving process and approach accordingly.
- Comfortable asking questions and calling out areas of misalignment or concern.
- Comfortable adapting to a changing environment.
- An excellent communicator, dealing engaging and translating between multiple Technology and Business functions people at all levels communicating technical issues in clear language.
- Adept at identifying and addressing project impediments in a timely and effective way.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years commercial experience in project management; ideally in the technology space, business, and/or a federated operating model.
- Experience working in security or technology.
- Demonstrable experience working with multi-disciplinary delivery teams across global locations and time zones.
