Delegate Manager – Global Events & Experiences

Location: Southeast London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum + International Travel & Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Are you an organised, detail-obsessed event logistics professional ready to take ownership of the global audience experience?
We are partnering with a brilliant event agency in Southeast London to recruit a Delegate Manager. This is the perfect step for an experienced Delegate Manager, or an ambitious Delegate Coordinator / Project Executive looking to step up and specialize in high-touch attendee management.

Our client builds and delivers high-impact B2B corporate events, global congresses, internal leadership summits, and B2E (employee-facing) transformation events. This isn't high-volume, transactional assembly-line work; you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delegate journey—from custom registration builds to VIP international travel and on-site delivery worldwide.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
