Project Manager - EPM & Finance Transformation

Remote (UK) | £65,000 to £80,000

SystemsAccountants is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Finance Transformation projects for a growing consultancy. This is a fully remote UK-based opportunity offering up to £75,000, where you will take ownership of projects from initiation through to go-live, working closely with Finance, IT and senior business stakeholders. The role requires a commercially minded project professional who can manage timelines, budgets, resources and governance, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

Working across a portfolio of EPM implementations and transformation initiatives, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading workshops, steering committees and project meetings while managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. You will collaborate with functional and technical consultants to coordinate delivery activities, drive issue resolution and ensure successful adoption of solutions across the finance function. This role would suit a Project Manager with previous experience delivering EPM, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or finance systems projects within a consultancy or software implementation environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
