About Aspex

Established in 2006, Aspex UK are one of UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of architectural solutions doorsets, risers, ironmongery and access control. We work on projects nationwide supplying UK’s top hotels, high-rise build-to-rent apartments, student accommodations to universities, and hospitals.

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team based at our Leicester HQ and work across a varied portfolio of building projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience to take greater ownership of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development. The role will provide exposure to a broad range of building projects, offering the Project Manager the opportunity to strengthen both technical and client-facing skills.

What you will do…

  • Manage the delivery of doorsets and ironmongery to construction projects through pre-contract and post-contract stages
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors from the early stages of a project through to completion.
  • Preparing programmes, coordinating design information, managing risk registers and reporting progress to clients.
  • Attend project meetings with multidisciplinary consultants
  • Work closely with contractors throughout delivery
  • Support procurement and contract administration, change control and project close-out while ensuring deadlines, quality standards and commercial objectives are maintained
  • Must be confident managing multiple workstreams
  • Able to contribute to client relationships, project reporting and the continued growth of Aspex

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
