Your Role in Our Mission:

The Project Manager plays a critical role in advancing the organisation's growth strategy by leading the successful rollout of our Discounts module into new business units. Acting as the bridge between central teams and local stakeholders, you will ensure each market is operationally ready, aligned to standards, and equipped to launch with confidence. By driving adoption, managing risks, and creating repeatable rollout approaches, you will help accelerate market expansion, deliver consistent customer experiences, and maximise the platform's value across the group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Discounts module rollouts into new business units, ensuring activities are completed in line with agreed timelines, scope, and objectives.
  • Maintain project plans, action trackers, governance materials, and status reporting to provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across local business unit teams and central functions including Product, Technology, Retail, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, working groups, and readiness reviews, ensuring actions and decisions are documented and followed through to completion.
  • Track delivery against agreed milestones and proactively escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies to senior stakeholders when required.
  • Support business readiness activities including training coordination, knowledge transfer, communications planning, and operational readiness activities.
  • Coordinate localisation activities such as translations, content reviews, and market-specific readiness checks to support successful implementation.
  • Work with workstream leads to gather requirements, track deliverables, and ensure implementation activities remain aligned across all teams.
  • Support the transition from project delivery into BAU by coordinating handover activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and readiness assessments.
  • Capture lessons learned, implementation feedback, and market insights throughout delivery, updating rollout playbooks, templates, trackers, guidance materials, and best-practice documentation to support future rollouts.
  • Maintain and continuously improve project documentation, ensuring rollout artefacts, processes, and standards remain up to date and accessible to stakeholders.

Experience and Skills You Need in This Role:

  • Experience supporting the delivery of projects or workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, actions, risks, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building positive working relationships across business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, documentation, reporting, and maintaining project artefacts.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining project plans, trackers, process documentation, playbooks, and governance materials.
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset, able to capture lessons learned, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the evolution of rollout best practices.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting software, platform, product, or business transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
  • Experience working across international teams or multi-market implementations.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, SaaS, e-commerce, discounts, rewards, or engagement platforms.
