Are you ready to take ownership of complex projects in a fast-paced Facilities Management environment? A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Midlands to deliver lifecycle, M&E and fit-out projects from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team on a temp-to-perm basis, managing projects that make a real operational impact.

The Role

As The Project Manager, You'll

  • Manage multiple lifecycle, capital and refurbishment projects from inception through to handover.
  • Deliver M&E, fit-out and building services projects across occupied sites.
  • Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and change control to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

Role

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering lifecycle, capital works or refurbishment projects within Facilities Management.
  • A strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects.
  • Experience managing fit-out, building services and project variations.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
