Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid)
Client: Tesco
Reports to: Senior Creative Operations Manager
Contract length: 8 weeks
Role overview
The Project Manager supports Tesco Creative Studio by coordinating the delivery of F&F Clothing & Home campaigns and creative projects. You'll be responsible for managing workflows, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
Working closely with creative, content, marketing, and agency teams, you'll help drive operational excellence across a high-volume portfolio of work. This role is focused on enabling seamless project delivery and ensuring teams have the clarity, resources, and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of F&F Clothing & Home creative projects from brief through to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and delivery plans.
- Monitor project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones, escalating issues where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with agreed objectives.

Workflow & Resource Management
- Coordinate work across creative, content, design, artwork, and production teams.
- Support resource planning by monitoring team capacity and project priorities.
- Ensure briefs are complete, clearly documented, and aligned to business requirements.
- Maintain accurate project information within planning and workflow management tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with F&F marketing, creative, and agency partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for project updates, timelines, and delivery status.
- Manage expectations around priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in project management, creative operations, or production management.
- Experience working within a creative, marketing, retail, or agency environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using project and workflow management platforms.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
