About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Programme Management team, delivering cutting-edge aviation training solutions to customers worldwide. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic, global operation focused on the design, manufacture, and lifecycle support of Full Flight Simulators and advanced training devices.
You will lead multiple concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle— from concept and design through to certification, delivery, and in-service modification— working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and international clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a high-impact, technically complex environment. You will play a key role in delivering mission-critical solutions that support pilot training and aviation safety worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new simulator builds and complex engineering upgrades
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners
- Define and control project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans (WBS, schedules, budgets, risk registers)
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues
- Manage project budgets with strong financial oversight and forecasting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while capitalising on opportunities
- Ensure robust configuration and change management
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering complex, high-value projects involving hardware and software integration
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, MSP)
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, defence, or regulated industries
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with strategic awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Project Management certification (APM, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP)
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience with simulation or safety-critical systems
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA)
- Experience with international customers
- Commercial and contract management experience
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
