Project Manager - Delivery (Digitas)

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Delivery team at Digitas. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and CRM initiatives for a major financial services client. Working across strategy, creative, production, technology, and data, you’ll bring clarity and momentum to complex programmes of work while helping teams deliver outstanding client outcomes. As part of Publicis Groupe, you'll also collaborate with specialist partner agencies to create seamless, connected experiences that make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, critical paths, and delivery roadmaps that keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.
  • Partner with creative, production, strategy, technology, and data teams to guide projects from brief through to launch.
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, providing clear updates, facilitating decisions, and supporting strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Work closely with Publicis Groupe partner agencies and external suppliers to deliver a seamless, joined-up client experience.
  • Support effective governance, project documentation, financial tracking, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment.

Skills we're looking for

  • Experience managing integrated, digital, marketing, or customer experience projects within an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong project management fundamentals, with the ability to organise complex activities and keep delivery on track.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
