- Managing projects from planning through delivery
- Delivering training and floor-walking support to help clients adopt new systems
- Supporting consultancy work from discovery and process mapping through to database assessments and configuration
- Creating bespoke training packages and videos for clients and internal teams
- Building strong relationships with clients and third parties across the market
Does this describe you?
- A fantastic work ethic and sense of humour
- 5+ years' experience in financial services
- 2+ years' project management experience
- Strong technical capability and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to client needs
