EUDR Project Manager
Contract length: 21 weeks, through to end of March (extension possible)
Location: Slough
Start date: Ideally mid-November
Role Overview
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently seeking an experienced project manager to lead the UK market readiness and post go-live support for a major new EU supply chain regulation (EU Deforestation Regulation, EUDR), which comes into effect on 1 January. The process, vendor system, and core project team are already in place. This role is about implementation, stakeholder readiness, and governance, not designing a process from scratch. After go-live, you will be the focal point for aftercare, manual workarounds, and escalations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- After go-live, govern the aftercare: provide daily and weekly summary updates, track issues, and manage escalations
- Support manual workarounds in the early weeks and make required help visible to leadership
- Work with the EUDR traceability tool (OSapiens) alongside the IT and project teams
