Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Maidstone. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of community and charity projects, ensuring they align with Triumph of Grace’s focus on mental wellbeing and social support. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves:
- Liaising with staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries
- Monitoring progress
- Resolving issues
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
The Project Manager will:
- Prepare regular status reports
- Maintain documentation
- Support continuous improvement across initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning for new and existing projects
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Expediting and Expeditor experience to ensure timely delivery of tasks, materials, and project milestones.
- Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage supplies, and coordinate on-site activities.
- Inspection and quality control capabilities to review project outputs and ensure standards are met.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse community members, staff, and volunteers.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the charity, community, or mental health sector is an advantage.
- Relevant qualification or proven experience in project management or a related field.
