Key Responsibilities
- Establish and continuously improve portfolio, programme, and project governance frameworks.
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Produce executive dashboards, reporting packs, portfolio health assessments, and insights.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, CapEx/OpEx, investment governance, and benefits realization.
- Manage portfolio-level risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and escalations.
- Provide independent challenge and delivery assurance across programmes and projects.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, Portfolio Leads, Programme Directors, PMOs, Finance, and Risk teams.
- Drive governance maturity, data quality, reporting automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

- 10–15 years in Portfolio Management, PMO, Programme Management, Governance, Transformation, or Change.
- Strong experience in portfolio governance, executive reporting, financial governance, and risk management.
- Experience working across large-scale technology/transformation portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Clarity, or SharePoint is advantageous.
- Financial Services or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, SAFe or equivalent certification is desirable.
