Our client is an established diagnostics company with expertise in specialist laboratory testing and transfusion medicine. The business innovates solutions to help laboratories improve efficiency, accelerate diagnosis, and ultimately enhance patient outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to drive cross-functional projects across the business and contribute to an evolving PMO with excellence at its core. There is scope to influence best practices while working on engaging projects in this growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and shared resources across the business.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
  • Drive accountability across project stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Contribute to the continued development and maturity of the PMO function.

You will ideally have:

  • Degree qualification in a scientific, engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Background leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
  • Experience within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A structured and disciplined approach to planning and execution.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively while maintaining strong working relationships.

Professional project management qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
