Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience facilitating meetings, preparing clear reports, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, data analysis for decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in complex or matrix environments, ideally within higher education, research, or public sector settings.
• Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent, spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
• Relevant professional qualification or training in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMI) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, such as business, management, education, or a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a commitment to inclusive and ethical practice.
