Digital Project Manager
Salary: £52,468 per year pro rata
Location: London, UK
Working Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 40% of working time face-to-face, including London office attendance, external meetings or travel
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Hours: 21 hours per week, 3 days per week

Overview
Our client, an international charity, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead major web development projects supporting digital engagement and fundraising.
Working within a digital product team responsible for a global website platform, you will manage projects from requirements and planning through to delivery. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, fundraising teams, third-party suppliers and development partners to keep projects on scope, on budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage major digital and web development projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Work with internal teams and third parties throughout project delivery.
- Consult with stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements and build on initial feasibility work.
- Create and maintain project plans and secure stakeholder and supplier commitment to agreed plans.
- Maintain project scope and challenge scope creep or unrealistic budget expectations.
- Support digital activity that contributes to online revenue and supporter engagement.
- Champion the client’s commitments to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements
- Proven track record of successful project management on digital projects, including planning, scoping and specification.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level Content Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of Drupal CMS.
- Experience working with outsourced development agencies.
- Good understanding of user experience (UX) and information architecture principles.
- Understanding of fundraising, particularly within the international development sector.

Three days of the annual leave allocation cover the UK office closure between Christmas and New Year and are automatically scheduled. Annual leave is accrued according to start date; where sufficient leave has not been accrued by the closure, these days may be unpaid or pro-rated depending on individual circumstances.
