Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Project Manager at EnSpirit AI Technologies Ltd. The Project Manager intern will support the planning and coordination of AI-driven web and app development projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

Daily tasks include:

- Assisting with project scheduling
- Tracking milestones
- Updating project documentation
- Coordinating with UK-based management and India-based technical teams
The intern will help monitor logistics related to project delivery, follow up on outstanding actions, and contribute to risk and issue tracking.
This role offers exposure to digital transformation initiatives, client communication, and agile project practices, with opportunities to learn from experienced project leaders.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and Project Management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on deliverables, remove bottlenecks, and keep projects on schedule.
- Inspection skills to review work outputs, verify quality against requirements, and support testing and acceptance processes.
- Logistics Management skills to support resource planning, handoffs between teams, and smooth remote collaboration.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and clear documentation practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English, comfortable working with distributed and cross-cultural teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and basic understanding of agile methodologies.
- Interest in AI technologies, digital transformation, and web/app development; prior exposure or coursework in these areas is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
