Project Manager | Underwriting | Hybrid | 5 - 6 Months Contract | £800/day Inside IR35 | London | London Market
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a rules-based process framework. The role will involve configuring and managing system-driven workflows, applying logical decision-making structures, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective operational processes.
You will be responsible for defining requirements, establishing process rules, and delivering scalable solutions that improve efficiency and consistency across complex workflows.

Previous London Market experience is essential in this role.
Your Essential Skills and Experience:
- In depth London Market experience
- Target operating model design and business process consolidation
- Proven experience of Project Management / Leadership
- Track record delivering regulated, time-critical change programmes to immovable renewal or go-live dates
- Strong in decision making skills with ability to take ownership
- Agile delivery discipline alongside formal change board governance
- Excellent communication skills

Desirable knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of smart-follow and automated follow-capacity models
- Exposure to key Lloyd’s / London market classes in particular; Global Property Casualty, Marine, Energy, Aviation & Aero and other Specialty products
- Experience of broker or MGA in-sourcing from a third-party administrator
Location: London
Pay Rate: £800/day Inside IR35 (You will work via an Umbrella company)
Contract: 5 - 6 Months
