Project Manager | £80,000 | London (3 Days per Week)

We are currently partnered with a leading professional services firm to recruit for a Project Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of business change and transformation projects across a complex organisation, managing initiatives from business case through to implementation and BAU handover. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Define project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and reporting.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
  • Coordinate implementation activities, testing, and go-live readiness.
  • Deliver effective change management and communication programs.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading business change and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing project risks, budgets, governance, and suppliers.

Package

  • Salary: £80,000
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the London office
  • 35-hour working week with flexible core hours
  • Comprehensive benefits package including bonus potential, pension, private medical cover, and additional flexible benefits.
