FDM is seeking a TPRM Assurance Project Manager

FDM is seeking a TPRM Assurance Project Manager to work for a client within the insurance sector. This is a 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, and will be a hybrid role based in London (2–3 days per week in the office).

Role Overview

The role will lead the delivery of key workstreams within a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) regulatory programme, ensuring compliance with PRA, EBA, and DORA requirements while embedding sustainable capabilities into BAU operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of multiple TPRM workstreams, ensuring alignment to programme objectives
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, tracking progress and re-planning where required
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
  • Mobilise and coordinate SMEs across business and technology teams
  • Support RFP and vendor selection processes (in collaboration with procurement)
  • Ensure successful transition of solutions into BAU environments
  • Provide regular governance reporting and updates to stakeholders

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in Project Management within financial services (insurance preferred)
  • Strong experience delivering regulatory or transformation programmes
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing RAID, governance, and reporting processes
  • Proactive, delivery-focused, and able to operate in fast-paced environments

Highly desirable:

  • Experience delivering TPRM or PRA SS2/21 related programmes
  • Experience working with procurement or vendor selection processes
