Role Description
The Project Manager will oversee electrical contracting projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. This full-time, on-site role based in Greater London involves coordinating project schedules, resources, and subcontractors, while maintaining close communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

The Project Manager will:
- Prepare and review project documentation
- Support inspections
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and reporting
- Collaborate with logistics and expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
Qualifications
- Project Management Skills: Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Expediting Skills: Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting expertise to track and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Inspection Skills: Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including Inspection capabilities to verify work quality, compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Logistics Skills: Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, including Logistics Management experience to coordinate material flow, site deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in electrical contracting, construction, or engineering project environments is highly beneficial.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and Certifications: Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and industry standards; formal training or certifications in H&S or project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are an advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use project management and office software tools effectively; valid right to work in the UK.
