Our client is looking for a Project Manager to deliver a number of clinical technology projects across its growing healthcare business.

This role is focused on controlled delivery, clinical adoption and measurable improvements in patient care and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple digital dentistry and clinical technology projects from initial assessment and business case through pilot, rollout and benefits measurement
- Own project plans, budgets, dependencies, risks, decisions and reporting across the portfolio
- Define clear measures covering clinical value, patient outcomes, user adoption, efficiency and financial performance
- Coordinate clinical leaders, practice operations, technology, data, finance, procurement and external suppliers
- Design and manage pilots that test clinical workflows, technical integration and operational readiness before wider deployment
- Drive adoption through clear communication, practical training, local engagement and structured feedback
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into deliverable plans for technology teams and suppliers
- Establish proportionate governance covering clinical assurance, data protection, information security, supplier performance and change control
- Analyse project and performance data, presenting clear recommendations and decisions to senior stakeholders
