Project Manager
We're on the lookout for an ambitious, curious and self-motivated Project Manager, who's eager to dive deep into all things project and account management at a creative agency. You'll be a key player in our client services team, helping us set the bar for awesome project management – from whipping up schedules to updating status sheets.
This role means chatting directly with clients, working closely with our studio team, and getting hands-on with budgeting. Ideally, you'll have a couple of years of agency experience under your belt and be ready to take your career to the next level. If this sounds like you, then we'd love to chat!
You will support the team with our new client wins, including a large charity client. Additionally, you will work on a diverse range of projects such as video, campaign development, and creative production, for purpose-led organisations across various sectors.
This is an opportunity to become a critical member of the client services team (and agency!) and gain exposure to a range of clients and projects from TV to charity-specific legacy proposition development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
