Summary
Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team due to a number of exciting new projects across the Yorkshire region.
CCL Facades is a sustainable expanding turnover facade specialist within the construction industry. Renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative facade solutions, we are embarking on a period of sustainable growth. This is an excellent opportunity to become a vital part of our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the safe, successful delivery of projects to client specifications, ensuring all objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Oversee all day‑to‑day project operations including planning, execution, resource management, cost forecasting, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners, supporting effective communication, change management, and collaborative working.
- Ensure robust risk management, compliance with CDM 2015, and full adherence to HSQE policies, RAMS, safety legislation and welfare requirements.
- Maintain high standards of site safety, image, and performance through regular reviews, audits, method statement and risk assessment checks, and proactive issue resolution.
- Produce and maintain all quality documentation including ITPs, QA files, technical query close‑outs.
- Support the Considerate Constructor Scheme and promote best practice, continuous improvement, and colleague wellbeing across all project activities.
- Monitor safety performance, liaise with Health & Safety teams, ensure accurate reporting, and lead by example in safe behaviour and PPE use.
- Manage supply chain responsibilities, allocate duties appropriately, and ensure competent personnel (e.g., Temporary Works Coordinators) are in place.
- Support defect management through to closure and contribute to lessons‑learned processes to enhance future project delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new business and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships that encourage repeat work.

What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in the management of large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
- Sound knowledge of construction delivery within Caddick sectors including commercial, industrial, multi-room/residential, etc.
- Previous experience in promoting and ensuring exemplary standards of health and safety on large-scale construction projects.
- Technical knowledge of construction build processes and defects.
- Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
- A multi-skilled trade background or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerproject.
- CSCS Managers Card (Black).
- SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
- First Aid Certificate.

- Ability to plan, manage and deliver successful projects with minimal guidance.
- Good level of knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation.
- Understands and applies commercial principles in terms of cost, profit, market and added value.
- Assertive and strong persuasion skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication, people and team management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and mentor.
- Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to conclusion.
