About the Company

YIBI Hantang supports selected international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands exploring new growth opportunities in China. Our projects can involve brand strategy, consumer research, category development, product planning, partnerships, localization, and market-entry preparation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager based in London to coordinate selected international brand-growth projects. The role is suited to professionals who can bring structure and execution discipline to complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, markets, approvals, and workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate selected international brand and market-development projects.
  • Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate strategy, consumer insight, product, commercial, and external-partner workstreams.
  • Track deliverables and identify risks or delays early.
  • Support communication with international brand teams and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate approval processes and project documentation.
  • Support category-development, localization, and market-entry initiatives.
  • Maintain clear project visibility across international teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, program management, brand operations, consulting, or client services.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or premium consumer sectors is preferred.
  • Strong organization and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international brands or cross-market projects is valued.
