Project Manager | ERP & Business Transformation | Worcestershire | £65,000 - £75,000

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ERP and business transformation initiatives across multiple functions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end projects focused on process improvement, systems implementation, and organisational change. A key focus will be the delivery and optimisation of ERP platforms, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP implementation, upgrade and transformation projects.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and governance.
  • Engage with business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Drive process improvement and business change initiatives.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and system integrators.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering ERP projects (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS, or similar).
  • Strong background in business transformation and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification desirable.

Location:

Worcestershire (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite)
