Project Manager
Permanent - London - Hybrid
£70,000 + bonus + 30% pension
8-15 years' PM experience sought
We're supporting a highly respected UK organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established Project Management and business change function.
This is a hands-on, delivery focused, role managing multiple business-led change and operational projects.
Whilst some projects will naturally have a technology component, this is not a role for someone whose experience has been heavily focused on IT/tech implementation, software delivery, infrastructure projects, or large-scale technology transformation.
Instead, we're looking for a Project Manager with a track record of delivering multiple concurrent business-led projects, large and small, within complex organisations, particularly those that may have statutory or regulatory obligations/frameworks/ to operate within.
Example projects might include:
- Business process improvement
- Governance and regulatory initiatives
- HR and people change projects
- Operational change
- Supplier and third-party change projects
- Policy, controls and governance framework projects
- Organisation-wide business improvement initiatives
- Business-impact-led system implementation projects

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
