Job Title: Paid Social Manager

We are recruiting for our client, a creative agency based in London, known for delivering innovative brand and digital campaigns. They are looking for an organised and proactive Paid Social Manager to support their creative and digital projects. This role is a hybrid role across managing the paid media side for some large famous global brands as well as working with the project management team overseeing the delivery of all of the social media assets.

This could be a great role for someone with strong paid social media experience who wants to evolve their role into a broader digital project management role.

Role Overview

As part of the Project Management team, you’ll play a key role in planning and scheduling projects efficiently, solving challenges as they arise, and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. Alongside supporting the wider team, you will take the lead on Social Media and Community Management across a dynamic portfolio of brands. Bringing expertise in digital marketing, you’ll drive the growth of these channels (primarily Instagram and Facebook) and help shape their ongoing success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
