Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver commercial and industrial construction projects from the start of the construction phase through to completion. This role works closely with both the pre-construction and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Site surveys and technical meetings to create a specification for the client.
- Preparation of contract programmes & cost schedules.
- Negotiating with and allocating work to subcontractors.
- Managing several projects in multiple locations.
- Ensuring delivery of project on-time, on-budget and to client’s satisfaction.
- Call off and ordering of materials from technical drawings.
- Ability to use your initiative and problem solve.
- Reporting regularly on progress to the senior managers and client.
- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
Skills and Experience
- NVQ Level 6 or equivalent
- SMSTS Qualified
- First Aid trained
- Black CSCS card
- Understanding of H&S
- Understanding CDM regulations and legislation
- RAMs approvals and carry out
- Ability to work on sites nationally
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- MS Office and CAD skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and delegate efficiently
- Full driving licence
