Job Title: Project Manager - Hospitality Sector

eir business talent are seeking applications for a Project Manager with experience in the hospitality sector. This is a permanent position with our client in London.

Position is hybrid with 2 days per week onsite

Requirements

  • Minimum five years in hospitality technology or an adjacent multi-site consumer environment
  • At least one full property management system implementation delivered end-to-end on a cloud-native platform — configuration, integration, testing, training and go-live
  • Demonstrable integration architecture experience: has personally specified, tested and troubleshot API-based integrations between multiple systems, and can explain where data ownership sits and why
  • Has run or materially contributed to a structured vendor evaluation or RFP process with a defensible scoring methodology
  • Vendor and contract management — comfortable negotiating service levels and commercial terms directly with suppliers
  • Genuine project and programme discipline — able to run multiple vendor workstreams simultaneously against hard, immovable opening dates
  • Able to translate operational requirements from department heads into system configuration and integration specifications, and to translate technical trade-offs back to ownership in plain language
  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK, and able to be in London a few days per week

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Multi-outlet F&B technology — point of sale, kitchen display, table reservations and property management system posting. Relevant platforms include Lightspeed, Toast, Oracle Simphony, Agilysys, SevenRooms and OpenTable

  • Finance systems integration exposure — property management system to finance middleware to general ledger. Sage Intacct, M3 or comparable
