We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building services and facilities management (FM) to lead the successful delivery of projects across our property and operational portfolio.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and FM teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Ideally, you will be a qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with proven project management experience within building services, M&E, facilities management, property or a related environment.

  • Develop project scopes, programmes, budgets and delivery plans.

  • Manage project costs, variations, risks, programmes and quality.
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant statutory, regulatory, health & safety and technical requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve building performance, energy efficiency, reliability and lifecycle costs.
  • Ensure appropriate asset information, O&M manuals, drawings and compliance documentation are captured and maintained.
  • Support the development of capital investment and lifecycle replacement programmes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising according to business and operational requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
