Implementation Project Manager – HR, Payroll & Finance Systems | Hybrid, Glasgow

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Scottish organisation delivering essential care and support services, currently undertaking a major Business Improvement Programme to modernise its core HR, payroll, finance and rostering platforms.

Following a successful supplier selection process, our client is now looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead Stage 3 of the programme — taking the selected platform live across HR, payroll, finance and rostering in phases, without disrupting frontline service delivery.

The role

This is a hands-on delivery and control role. You'll direct the implementation partner and software supplier against the agreed scope, own configuration and data decisions, and be accountable for the go-live and stabilisation of each phase. You'll report to the Executive Sponsor and be accountable to the Steering Group, working closely with process owners across Finance, HR, Payroll and Operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
