Company Description

Fed3 Refurbishments Limited is a specialist project and cost management consultancy focused on refurbishing existing properties for end-user operators. The company works across a diverse portfolio, including Care Homes and Student Accommodation, delivering tailored refurbishment solutions that meet operational and budgetary requirements. Fed3 Refurbishments is committed to efficient project delivery, cost control, and high-quality outcomes for its clients. Team members collaborate closely with operators and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Project Manager role based in Northampton, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Project Manager will oversee refurbishment projects from planning through completion, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Managing stakeholder communication
  • Monitoring progress
  • Addressing risks and issues
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of project processes

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading refurbishment or construction projects.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination, including Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Inspection activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze project data, manage budgets, and use project management software tools.
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both on-site and remotely.
  • Relevant professional qualification or degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in property refurbishment, care homes, or student accommodation sectors is beneficial.
