Project Manager (HRIS) – London (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) – £80,000
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing organisation and lead the delivery of HRIS-focused projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working closely with HR, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, implementations, and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of HRIS projects from initiation through to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Track and manage RAID logs, ensuring issues and risks are proactively addressed.
- Coordinate system implementation, integration, upgrade, and optimisation activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, project meetings, and steering committee updates.
- Support change management, user adoption, and communication activities across the business.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed objectives, quality standards, and business priorities.

- Proven experience delivering HRIS, HCM, or HR technology projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across HR, technology, and wider business functions.
- Demonstrable experience with HR systems implementations, upgrades, or transformations.
- Strong governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Relevant project management certification (Prince2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
- Experience with leading HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, SAP HR, or similar solutions would be beneficial.
