Catto & Co Project Manager Position
Catto & Co is seeking a project manager to join its team in London. Catto & Co is a London-based “turn-key” design and build firm that specialises in delivering excellent architectural & interior design, efficient project management and high-quality construction. Our aim is to remove the complexity from domestic construction projects with a driven team all under one roof. We pride ourselves on our open, fast-paced and friendly team.
Responsibilities
The project manager is responsible for efficiently and effectively supervising and managing construction teams of our residential design and build projects, to meet the project objectives and budgets, ensuring all activities we are responsible for are carried out safely and meet the high standards expected by Catto & Co. The successful candidate will consult with varied specialists across the industry as well as liaising directly with our clients. It is imperative this person has a sound knowledge of construction techniques, a strong ability to problem solve and has excellent communication skills. This role requires working on projects across multiple locations, including throughout London and the Home Counties so flexibility regarding travel is essential.

Skills and Attributes
- Ability to confidently lead, use initiative and make decisions autonomously on projects
- A passion and drive to deliver high quality design led construction projects
- A solid understanding of the construction process
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Proven technical understanding of construction detailing and legislative knowledge
- Fully literate with CDM, health and safety and experienced in ensuring site work is carried out safely
- Experience in managing all project stakeholders
- Eligible to work in the UK and have fluency in written and spoken English
- A full UK driving licence
Qualifications
The project manager will ideally have SMSTS and/or TWCTC qualifications, a degree in surveying, construction management or architecture, coupled with experience in project management. A strong understanding of contractual procedures and knowledge of managing residential build projects is essential.

Additional Information
- Start date: ASAP
- Three-month probation period required to make sure that you are a good fit for us, and vice versa
- Salary: Dependent on experience within the industry
- Regular working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Flexible working possible
- Benefits: Pension, holiday and health insurance benefits are all available as you develop within the business
