Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in stakeholder management, client onboarding, and project delivery. The role requires managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving user adoption, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client and user onboarding activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure delivery success.
  • Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision tracking.
  • Support user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption initiatives.
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, transition management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
