The Role and Responsibilities
Due to expansion within the team, a new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to work in our Pipelines and Subsea Business Line here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for helping to deliver a project efficiently and on time, controlling budgets and other deliverables. Client site or offshore visits will be required, potentially to different regions including the UK North Sea or overseas. Other duties and responsibilities will include:

- Ownership and compliance to ensure EnerMech meet client HSE and Quality expectations
- Manage the day to day delivery of the contract and any allocated core or ad-hoc support teams
- Accountable for managing EnerMech/Client specific objectives/KPI's to ensure actions are completed and targets met
- Accountable for managing weekly/monthly client reporting - ensuring all monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time including Quality Performance Reviews (QPR's), FPALs etc
- Attend client planning meetings to ensure mobilisation readiness and gate compliance
- Coordinate contract specific incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
- Develop and present monthly/QPR (Quality Performance Review) meetings
- Liaise with EnerMech offshore/site crew on a daily/frequent basis regarding maintenance/operations

The Requirements
To be successful for this role you will have a proven track record in managing complex projects in the Oil, Gas and Energy Sectors. You will have the ability to demonstrate strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.
Ideally you will have had some technical exposure to Pipelines and Subsea including flushing, pigging, hydrotesting, de-watering and/or umbilical testing. A strong commercial acumen is essential for this role and you will have demonstratable experience in managing field execution. You will also hold a Project Management qualification and have had experience using tools such as PRINCE 2.
