Project Manager | Fit-Out & Refurbishment | Edinburgh
Your new company
Our client is a leading fit-out and refurbishment contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects for prestigious clients. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take a leading role on a large CAT B commercial fit-out project in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful contractor at an exciting stage of its growth, working with a premium client on a high-profile Edinburgh project.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, managing it through the construction programme to completion and handover.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality
- Coordinating closely with the commercial and design teams
- Managing the construction programme and identifying potential risks or delays
- Leading site meetings and maintaining strong communication with the client
- Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and quality
- Managing the project through commissioning, completion, and handover

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, fit-out, or refurbishment. Ideally, you will have experience delivering CAT A/CAT B fit-out projects within live or technically demanding environments and be comfortable working directly with premium clients and professional teams.
You will be commercially aware, programme-focused, and confident managing multiple subcontract packages while maintaining demanding standards around quality, programme, and client experience.
