Role Description
The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Peterborough. The individual will oversee multiple property refurbishment and insurance repair projects from initial survey through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

- Oversee multiple property refurbishment and insurance repair projects
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate directly employed staff and subcontractors
- Schedule works, manage logistics, and monitor progress against service level agreements
- Conduct site inspections, review reports, address risks, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer journey
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience as an Expeditor, with proficiency in Expediting activities to keep materials and services on schedule.
- Background in Inspection, including quality checks, site assessments, and compliance with safety and building standards.
- Logistics Management capabilities for coordinating labor, materials, and equipment across multiple sites.
- Relevant experience in construction, property refurbishment, or insurance repair projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting software; good general IT skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the company’s operating area.
- Formal qualification in project management, construction management, or a related field is an advantage.
