Project Manager – Data Centres (Site Delivery)

Location: West & South London

Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We're recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering complex projects within live data centre and mission-critical environments across West and South London.

Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of projects on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on site, coordinating contractors, solving problems, and driving projects forward rather than sitting behind a desk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of M&E and infrastructure projects within live data centre environments.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and specialist installation teams.
  • Supporting the Senior Project Manager with project planning, reporting, and commercial activities.
  • Managing site programmes, project milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Reviewing RAMS, permits, and ensuring CDM compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact on site for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Attending site meetings and coordinating project progress.
  • Identifying and resolving technical and delivery issues as they arise.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and project documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
