Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Gateshead. The role involves taking ownership of multiple signage projects through their entire project lifecycle from initial brief through to their successful completion. Managing projects of varying size, value and complexity, coordinating with internal teams, clients and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, together with a strong understanding of project delivery within a manufacturing or signage environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, from initial enquiry and brief through to final installation and completion.
- Attending client meetings both virtual and face to face
- Understanding client briefs in order to produce accurate handovers to the design team and issuing clear instructions to the production department for manufacture.
- Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring all key milestones, deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams.
- Develop and maintain project programmes.
- Liaise closely with our Production Managers in Gateshead and London to ensure projects are produced to specification
- Manage client expectations and provide clear, regular project updates throughout the delivery process.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, delays and changes.
- Organising and managing the successful installation of signage, ensuring all relevant quality, health and safety requirements are met.

The Person
The ideal candidate is an organised, commercially aware and proactive Project Manager with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally within signage manufacturing, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry. They will have excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and clients while managing timelines, quality and risks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is solutions-focused, and consistently delivers projects safely, efficiently, on time and to the required standard.
